About us
Alethic Advisory helps growing B2B businesses bring judgment, direction and purpose to their marketing.
A name that reflects how we work.
Alethic comes from the Greek alētheia, meaning truth. In logic, it concerns ideas such as truth, necessity and possibility.
For us, that begins with understanding what is actually happening in a business: what customers value, what the team needs and what marketing is being asked to accomplish.
We look beneath the activity, question assumptions and make the choices clearer. The aim is useful judgment that helps leadership decide what comes next.

Director + Founder
Chartered Marketer
Good people do better work
with clear direction.
Marketing judgment, grounded in commercial understanding.
Courtney is a Chartered Marketer whose experience spans agency work and complex projects in aviation. She brings a strong financial background to her approach, connecting marketing decisions to business priorities, investment and accountability.
Working across agency and in-house environments has shaped her perspective on how strategy becomes practical work—and what teams need to carry it through. Her aviation experience brings an understanding of the complexity involved in marketing technical products and services.
Her work combines senior direction with hands-on delivery: helping leadership make considered decisions, developing campaigns and content, and giving internal marketers the priorities, support and confidence to execute.
Originally from Manitoba, Courtney now calls Calgary home, where she lives with her partner and their two dogs. Outside of work, they spend much of their time exploring the Rocky Mountains.
Alethic is founder-led. Clients work directly with Courtney for strategy, delivery and accountability, with specialist partners brought in where the agreed work needs additional expertise.
What guides the work
Listen to leadership, sales and the people doing the work. Recommendations should reflect the business as it is.
Give attention and investment a clear purpose. Knowing what to stop matters as much as knowing what to start.
Support the people inside the business with direction, ownership and a practical way to judge progress.
